Six ways to embrace change and manage menopausal symptoms in older women are: 1) Be open to change and accept that your body is going through changes; 2) Be patient with yourself and give yourself time to adjust to the new changes; 3) Be mindful of your diet and make sure to eat healthy foods that will help your body cope with the changes; 4) Be active and exercise regularly to help your body cope with the changes; 5) Be positive and keep a positive outlook on life; and 6) Be understanding and patient with others who may not yet be comfortable with the changes you are going through.
