Are you passionate about supporting others through tough times?

Do people describe you as a great listener with tons of empathy to spare?

If you enjoy encouraging people to strive for personal and emotional success, then Empower Work needs your help.

Who is Empower Work?

Empower Work “is a nonprofit on a mission to change the way people are supported at work.”

They understand that people’s relationships with their job can be complicated.

While working provides opportunities for stability and growth, the workplace can also be a source of stress.

There are many reasons for this.

Whether people are facing microaggressions at work, feeling unfulfilled, or dealing with toxic colleagues, Empower Work wants to help.

By providing one-on-one virtual peer counseling, they support people facing work challenges and encourage them to explore potential solutions.

Empower Work believes that everyone deserves a meaningful, thriving work life.
